Grid generation is often quoted as the most important and most time consuming part of CFD analysis. The quality of the grid plays a direct role on the quality of the analysis, regardless of the flow solver used. Additionally, the solver will be more robust and efficient when using a well constructed mesh. If there are some problems in selection and creation of mesh, this propagates all the way to the solution step and results into large amount of rework.

Selection of mesh, tool and meshing strategy is a key factor in meshing cycle. With vast CFD consultancy experience, CCTech team has developed its own meshing standards which are validated across wide variety of problems. Boundary layer physics is very critical physics in most of the simulations. With in-house turbulence modeling experts, we decide upon the mesh size requirements.

You can opt for providing us the raw CAD file or the extracted and cleaned CAD geometry. Our dedicated CAD team woks closely with CFD simulation group and provides clean geometry with minimum possible geometrical modifications. We also have in-house CAD modeling team in case you have only 2D drawings available with you.
